"Cancellation went smoothly"
I had to cancel my order on Lyko because I accidentally chose the wrong item. I was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, you know? But support got back to me quickly and helped sort it out without making it complicated.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that I feel like the cancel button could be easier to spot, or maybe a bit clearer. Maybe I just missed it, but it wasn’t super obvious to me. Still, everything worked out in the end, and I got the refund info without having to go back and forth too much...

"Fast delivery, but tracking could’ve been better"
I ordered from lyko.com and overall I’m happy with how it went. The delivery was faster than I expected, and my stuff showed up within a few days, packed nicely and in good condition. The only thing that annoyed me a bit was that the tracking updates were slow, so I wasn’t totally sure where the parcel was for a while. Still, it arrived quickly in the end, so it wasn’t a huge deal

"Missing item and a lot of waiting around"
My order showed up with one item missing, which was already frustrating, and then dealing with support just made it more annoying. They took a while to reply, and when they finally did, I still didn’t really get a clear answer on what’s happening. I don’t know, maybe it’ll get sorted out eventually, but right now it just feels like I’m stuck waiting around for something that should’ve been simple.

I used to check here first, but lately the prices just feel way too high. I found the same stuff on other sites for a lot cheaper, so it's kinda hard to justify buying here now.

"Customer service didn’t really help"
I reached out to lyko because there was an issue with my order, the response I got felt useless. It read like a copy-paste reply, especially because it didn’t address the small details I had already included, like what was wrong with the order and what I needed help with.
I ended up having to explain the same thing again, and even then it didn’t really go anywhere. It was frustrating because it seemed like a simple thing to sort out, but I felt like no one actually read my message properly. Not a great experience

"I was about to grab a couple..."
I was about to grab a couple of small things from Lyko the other day, but then I saw the free shipping limit and it just felt too high. Maybe there was some offer or detail I missed, but for what I was buying, it didn’t really make sense.
I didn’t want to add random stuff I didn’t need just to avoid paying shipping, because then I’d still end up spending more anyway. In the end I just closed the order and got the things somewhere else.

"Points are fine, but the rewards feel underwhelming"
The loyalty points are nice to have and they do help a little, but the rewards feel small. They make it sound like you’ll get more value out of it, but the promises are kind of vague and don’t really add up to much in the end.

Shopping itself is fine, but something feels off with the app. It freezes way too often, and checkout failed on me twice. I ended up having to use the browser instead, which was frustrating.

"no reply from customer service"
i’m disappointed with lyko’s customer service after this experience.
i messaged them about my order and waited days without getting a proper response. then i tried again, and it was basically more waiting. it really felt like nobody was actually checking the emails or chat.
i get that things can go wrong with orders, that happens. but customers should at least get an answer. if this is how it stays, i don’t think i’ll be ordering again

"Pretty easy to use, though a little slow at times"
I found Lyko easy to browse, and I was able to find what I needed without much trouble. The filters seemed to work fine for me, and checkout was straightforward. I’m not sure if it was my connection or the site, but a few pages did load a bit slowly. Overall though, I had a good experience.

I ordered from lyko.com and was pleasantly surprised to find a few samples and a small gift tucked into the package. It’s a small thing, but it made the whole order feel a bit more thoughtful, like someone had put a little extra care into it. Delivery was smooth too. One of the samples wasn’t really suited to my skin type, but I still appreciated the gesture and was happy overall. I’d definitely order again.

"Good products, rough delivery"
I ordered from lyko.com and the actual products seem fine, so no issue there. But the box showed up kind of half-crushed, and one of the items had leaked a little. I don’t know if that happened before shipping or with the delivery company, but it was still annoying. Nothing was completely ruined, just felt a bit careless.

"Pretty Good range of Beauty stuff"
I mostly shop at lyko because they’ve got such a big mix of stuff. I’ve found haircare brands there that I don’t always see in other places, and it’s nice having makeup and skincare all in one spot too. sometimes things are sold out which is a bit annoying, but overall it’s easy to find what I’m looking for. 4 stars from me

I’m not saying anything definitely went wrong, but the whole place gave me a weird vibe. I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon after grabbing coffee, and it just felt kind of sketchy to me. I tried to place an order, but the payment options were frustrating. I couldn’t use the method I actually wanted, and the checkout kept nudging me toward other ones instead. Then you get all the usual polished wording like it’s supposed to make the process feel smooth, but it really didn’t. For a regular online shop, paying should be the easiest part.
